Ghost Boy in El Estadio Azteca

This is a short legend from Cuidad Mexico, about the soccer stadium (Estadio Azteca). This stadium is huge, it’s the largest stadium in Mexico, with a capacity of 87, 523 people. So many games have been played here, from Liga MX games to world cup games. Legend tells that during one of these soccer games in the 1970s, there was a stampede of people and one 10 year old boy was crushed to death while looking for his dad. Now, janitors, employees and soccer fans claim to see this little boy. It is said he walks up to you, asking for help to find his dad, but before anyone replies, he suddenly disappears. He is also said to be seen roaming around on nights, when the stadium is empty. One news team even believes they saw him on camera.

MJ's Creepy Ghost Child Stories

When I was pregnant with my son I constantly felt little hands grabbing my legs and my hair being pulled. If any moms out there with long hair and toddlers know what I mean. It was like something I wanted my attention. Like ‘mom pick me up’ type thing. It was constant until I gave birth. Had the same experience while I was pregnant with my daughter as well.

I moved to the city and place I am currently living in back in 2013. It was literally the day after my sons birthday. We threw a birthday party for my son at our old place and towards the end of the night we were like lets take the gifts to our new place. So we went and a few of our friends came with us to check out the new place. I set down this gift back that lights up and plays music in my son's room. You had to push the button pretty hard to play it.

So we are moving a few things checking the place out. We are all in the living room when this gift bag starts playing music. And I walk towards my son's room and there it is lit up and playing music. It did it once and never did it again. The next day my cousin was helping us move. I had stayed in the apartment to unpack and put stuff away as the guys were doing the heavy lifting. And at one point it was just me and my cousin in the apartment and in Evan’s room the same room that the gift bag was in the day before we heard a little kid giggle. We kind of freak out. We are like did you hear that?

And throughout the years we had different experiences from different people. On multiple occasions out of the corner of my eye I see a figure that looks like a child. There have been times where I chase after that figure thinking it's my kids only to find them behind me or in a totally different area. That has happened multiple times. When I have my niece and nephew over energy picks up. Toys go off by themselves, you hear shuffling of toys in their play area. It freaks my kids out. You here pitter patter in the kitchen. Multiple times we hear little feet walking through the kitchen thinking it's one of the kids we go outside ready to tell one of my kids to go back to bed only to find out that they are asleep and no one is in the kitchen.

My cousin who also helped us move into our place stayed with us for a while. While he was there he would hear someone playing and he would also hear something scratching the closet doors. He’s heard a kid's laughter.

I hear ‘mom’ being called often and check on my kids only to find out they are not the ones to call me. About two weeks ago. I saw a shadow child run into my room and under my bed so that one was fun. I was on the phone while it happened.

Creepy Things Kids Say

It wouldn't be a complete espooky kids episode if we didn't include some weird things kids say because sometimes it gets creepy.

"My co-worker's four year old daughter always thought that the rattling of the water pipes in the kitchen cupboards were "white wolves" and the sound always scared her.

One day she was sitting at the kitchen table and she said, "Mom. The white wolves aren't bad... they're our friends!"

Her mom encouraged the idea by saying, "Yes! The white wolves are protecting us. They are our friends."

Then her daughter added in, "They're our friends, but not the man who crawls on the floor and stands by my bed". -From Reddit User Darinfjc

"I heard the one-year-old's high chair move even though nobody was near it. I asked the three-year-old, "what was that?" and he said, while pointing to the chair, "what is SHE doing here!?" - From Reddit user michaelchondria

"My eldest son, when he was about 4, used to tell me that when he couldn't sleep an old man would come and sit with him and tell him stories. Not every night but once or twice a week this would happen for almost a few months. The old man would tell him about cows and tractors etc. I asked if he scared him and he said no, that he was nice just wanted to keep him company until he fell asleep. Fast forward to looking through photos with mum and my son get excited and points out the old man who talks to him while he falls asleep. It was my mother's father who passed away when she was 18. He was a dairy farmer." - from Reddit user kyles05
